Supported Living
Harbour of Hope recognises that young people and adults with complex needs thrive when support is stable, consistent, and truly tailored to where they are right now. That’s why we provide integrated, multidisciplinary care that keeps individuals connected to familiar surroundings and the people they love.
Our flexible, person-centred supported living pathways are designed around each individual, with regularly reviewed support hours and a clear, achievable route toward greater independence. Every stage of the pathway ensures a minimum level of daily support — promoting stability, recovery, and long-term independence.
